आज काजल श्रीवास्तव कलरी में उत्तर भारत से अकेली महिला हैं, जो ये कला आगे बढ़ा रही हैं। कलरी में रहते हुए काजल ने अपना स्टार्टअप 'तावसी' भी शुरू कर दिया है। उनके तावसी के दो भाग हैं- पहला लोगों को मोटिवेट करना, उन्हें समझाना कि फेल होना नाकामी नहीं है, जिंदगी उससे कहीं आगे है। और दूसरा- अपने 'स्वदेशी स्पोर्ट्स वियर' ब्रांड के जरिए केमिकल रहित परिधानों के प्रति जागरुक करना। काजल आज कलरी में मार्शल आर्ट के जरिए खुद को एक नई उड़ान दे रही हैं। और जब नवभारत टाइम्स ने उनसे पूछा कि अगर वो चार साल पहले यूपीएससी पास कर आईपीएस अधिकारी बन जातीं, तो क्या होता? इसपर काजल का जवाब था, फिर वो खुद को पहचान नहीं पातीं।
